Sports Massage
       This type of massage incorporates movement with stretching to affect change in the muscles. Often athletes recover faster and sustain less injuries when they incorporate this type of massage into their regular training and workout routines. Sports Massage is not just for professional athletes. It is also appropriate for active people of all sorts: those who work out regularly, Joggers, Bike riders, Runners, people that partake in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, etc.

       You may not think of the activities you enjoy as athletic.
